Thank you borrower’s for a fantastic month of April. I love closing nine loans! Hoping they extend 1^st time home buyer tax credit, odds of that are slim. Working on the Gunter Chamber of Commerce July 4^th events. We need arts and crafts vendors. We offer free booth rental lots of fun. More on the 4^th events as we the chamber are still in a planning stage.
