New Construction Loans and The 4th of July in the Park

Four new loans in my pipeline for construction to permanent financing.  Haven’t seen these types of loans for a long time. Maybe the economy is picking up! People are building and buying houses. The Bridges of Preston is a beautiful gated community with Golf course, Equestrian Center, Country Club, Trees, Lake, and so much more. Still working on the Chamber of Commerce 4^th of July in the park. Wondering why we are getting a slow response to arts, crafts, and business vendors. Hey! It’s free booth space. Maybe the holiday being celebrated over the weekend, more people are going out of town rather than selling their wares. Oh well, it will be a great 4^th in Gunter. Planned events:
